Violet Quartz Wellness is the physical location where my work takes place. It is a boutique studio and gym in my home in Squamish, British Columbia. It is where we will meet if we are working in person, and where I teach my classes and workshops. It is also where I grow all my plants for the flower essences I create. The studio is bright and is truly a healing space. Whether it is playing on my round yoga mat, or resting on my amethyst bio-mat, the space provides containment for our healing work. The gym has all the equipment necessary to explore a range of movements and training.

Working with Erica has been life changing. I have attended reiki sessions and various workshops with Erica over the years and have learned so much about myself and have found healing on a deep level. Erica has supported me in building a stronger connection to my intuition which has helped me lead a healthier and happier life.
